What a nice thing these days to deal with a company who does exactly what they say they will. I posted off my jewellery special delivery on the monday, Lois Jewellery rang me on the Tuesday with a price which was higher than the original estimate....I received my cheque on the Wednesday.

Oh my goodness, I don't know how to praise u highly enough for the excellent service u provided. I had sent my scrap gold to Scrap Gold UK they gave me a fair price until...they wanted almost 10% of my money as a stupid refining charge commission! I was horrified as I didn't realise they charged that much. after a hefty £380 charge I was only left with £3,525 however, when I got my gold back and sent it to Lois I was offered a much better price PLUS NO commission!! I went away £4060 richer and I still cant stop smiling!! I'm going to recommend absolutely anyone and everyone to Lois, they are real and very fair and be very aware of other sites who want a piece of your cash! Thank you so much at the Lois team again..
